These terms apply to professional services offered by Data Quartz Engineering Consulting (sole proprietorship) (UBN 88251163, Responsible Person Huang Yi-Chen) through dataquartz.digital.
Services
We provide project-based programming consulting focused on database design and query optimization. Statements of work describe deliverables, timelines, fees in TWD, and acceptance criteria. Website copy is informational and does not by itself form a contract.
Client responsibilities
You provide timely access to non-production environments or sanitized artifacts, designate a technical contact, and review deliverables within agreed windows. Delays in access may shift schedules.
Fees and invoices
Fees are quoted per project. Unless a statement of work states otherwise, invoices are due within fourteen days of issue. Late payments may pause work after notice.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, you receive a license to use deliverables created for your project after full payment. Pre-existing tools and general know-how remain ours.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other’s non-public technical information disclosed during an engagement. Inquiry form content is treated as confidential business correspondence.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Taiwanese law, our aggregate liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from production outages when recommendations are not yet applied.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
