What we collect
When you use the inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected topic, and message text. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or social widgets on this website. No third-party tracking requests are made from your browser on our pages.
Purposes and legal bases
We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform contracted consulting work. Processing is based on your request to enter discussions (PDPA Article 19 consent/contract necessity) and our legitimate need to document business correspondence.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for tax or dispute records. You may ask us to delete earlier when no active engagement exists.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors are limited to infrastructure that hosts dataquartz.digital and delivers email — bound by confidentiality and only on our instructions.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing where applicable. Contact info@dataquartz.digital. You may lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan if you believe processing violates the law.
Cross-border transfers
If you contact us from outside Taiwan, data may be stored on servers located in Taiwan or regions selected by our host. We apply reasonable safeguards consistent with the PDPA.
Security
We use TLS for site transport and restrict access to inquiry payloads on the server. No method is perfectly secure; please avoid sending secrets or production credentials in free-text fields.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting prior inquiries will be communicated when feasible.
