Engagement model

Fixed-scope database engineering projects — from schema audits to plan-driven query tuning.

How projects are structured

Engagements are sold as projects, not subscription seats. Each starts with a short discovery call (no charge quoted here — fees are agreed in writing per scope). We document assumptions, access needs, and success signals before work begins.

Schema design review

You receive an annotated entity-relationship critique, normalization notes, and migration-friendly DDL suggestions. We flag nullable columns that defeat indexing, composite keys that fight ORM patterns, and partition boundaries that will not prune.

Query optimization sprint

You share slow-query samples or APM exports. We reproduce plans in a staging mirror when possible, propose index or rewrite candidates, and hand back before/after EXPLAIN captures. Work stops at agreed query count — additional statements become a change order.

Migration support block

For engine upgrades or major version jumps, we build checklists: statistics refresh order, compatibility views, and cutover SQL. This is implementation guidance; your team executes unless otherwise contracted.

Commercial notes

Pricing is quoted per statement of work in TWD without decimals (for example, NT$120,000 for a defined sprint). Deposits and cancellation terms appear on the refund & cancellation page. Nothing on this page constitutes a public price list.

Access & confidentiality

Read-only credentials or sanitized dumps are preferred. Materials you provide are used only to deliver the contracted analysis and are deleted per the retention section in our privacy notice.
